Dependents needs to be editable when they become an inactive employee
Summary:
Dependents needs to be editable when they become an inactive employee to complete the Pending Action that is created at the time the QLE is submitted.
An EE and spouse/dependent are both employed in the organization and added to People to Cover, one leaves the organization c and now is being added to the others benefits. When originally added to People to Cover the SSN was not required for existing EE but now that they are inactive that it is required for benefits. It is causing enrollment and file errors. The system does not allow us to edit or add the SSN and the system creates a Pending Action that nonfunctioning.
