SMS Threshold - Is candidate alerted?
Summary:
We are currently testing turning SMS back on with threshold limits in our Dev. zone as follows:
Max # msg per day: 5 |

Max # msg per candidate per day: 2 |
# msg trigger warning: 3 |
Once the max has been met for the particular candidate are they notified in any way that no further SMS messages are sent? If so, how are they notified?
