Is it possible to add column in compensation plan displaying manager budget amount?

Hello experts,
we defined budget at manager level. Our customer want to add in compensation plan a column displaying the available budget for each employee.
Is it possible to achieve it? This can be done if budget is defined at worker level but for manager level budget how can we do it?
Any suggestions?
