Employees to be able to evaluate themselves against competencies not directly linked to them
We have implemented a solution for employees to carry out a self-assessment based on the competencies for their position using the std. performance management process. However, there is also a requirement that the employee should have the possibility of assessing themselves against other competency profiles for further development. For e.g., a HR analyst can evaluate against competencies linked to their position (this is already possible). But the person should be able to evaluate themselves against competencies defined for Compensation specialist or Benefits specialist if they so desire. Have you implemented something like this, what was your solution?
