How AOR works in Journeys?
Summary:
We have a scenario where the journey was assigned to the employee on January 5th. Here are the task setup/conditions:
- Task #2 will be assigned to the Line Manager based on the employee's response to task #1.
- Task #3 will be assigned to the HR Manager once task #2 is completed.
Upon checking, we found that task #3 was assigned to the HRBP instead of the HR Manager because the HR Manager AOR was created on January 8th.
The issue arose because task #1 was not completed by the employee until its expiration on March 5th. As a result, task #2 was marked as not applicable, leading to task #3 being assigned to the HRBP.
