Benefit like Long term Disablity and Basic lif based on Employee Compensation how can we setup plans
Summary:
We have requirement where LTD STD and Basic life is based on Compensation. . Note the compensation includes pay like incentive pay, cert pay etc. How can this be done in Benefits. Currently there is no option other than doing it in Payroll
