Oracle Journey: Can we Assign Journeys based on Custom Roles and schedule them Monthly?

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to assign journeys based on roles and schedule them monthly?

we have some custom roles based on region and assigned them to Employees. so based on region we need to Assign Journeys.
