Removing overage Dependent Life event error

While adding a life event to a team member profile for the removal of an overage dependent - I received the following error message:

Upon review of the following two locations:

- Program > Enrollment > Plan type > Life Event

- Program > Enrollment > Life Event

I am not understanding what is causing the error.
