Configuration of the Google Promo Tab Product Carousel scrip in Responsys

CONTEXT: We are in the process of configuring the "Google Promo Tab" using the "Product Carousels" feature.

PROBLEM: When inserting the HTML code in Responsys and sending emails to Gmail users, the carousel does not display correctly. We have tried placing the script both inside and outside the email's "head," both above and below, as per Google's documentation, but we have not achieved the expected result. We also attempted to add it within the "Body," but with no success.

EXPECTED SOLUTION: We need the carousel to display correctly in Gmail emails.

BUSINESS IMPACT: It is crucial to resolve this issue promptly, as the functionality of the "Google Promo Tab" with product carousels is important for our marketing strategy and may affect our ability to attract and retain customers through emails on Gmail.
