Performance Process Flow - Unable to remove provide final feedback

Hello,

I have the following process flow. Under the section Approval, Review and Meetings, i have not ticked worker final feedback and manager final feedback.

However under the task names section, the provide final feedback is showing. (See 2nd screenshot).

Please advice on how to remove this.
