Routing jobs for Site Restricted Resources

Hi All,

We're seeking your input regarding a routing scenario. Here's the situation: we have certain resources that are restricted to specific sites and can only work there. Jobs from other sites should not be assigned to them. However, if these resources are unavailable, jobs for their site should be allocated to other available resources. We currently lack an indicator at the resource level to identify which resources are site-restricted. Have anyone encountered similar requirements before? Can we have any routing strategy address this requirement? Looking forward to hearing your insights.
