Restricting Spouse coverage for the plan
Summary:
We have a requirement to restrict the spouse coverage in other plans based on what employee chooses.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We need to restrict spouse coverage in another plan, if employee chooses HMO, Spouse also should choose HMO in Medical plan type, similarly, if employee chooses X Dental plan, then spouse can only choose X Dental plan.
In Short, if both employee and spouse are working in the same organization, they can be covered for same plan; the whole family gets enrolled in only plan for each plan type Medical, Dental, Vision.
I tried to check the Eligibility profile, Related Coverages section, however i was not sure as to which will best suit this situation.
