When an employee transfers from one department to another, their goal plans can often be affected. In order to handle this situation effectively, it is important to ensure that both the old and new line managers are involved in the evaluation process. For example, I need to know the best practices for the following scenario: An employee has transferred from the IT department to the HR department and now has two goal plans. My questions are:
