Manage resources under collections workbench doesnt reflect all the collectors

Hi Team,

We moved from R12 to Fusion, for DM invoices we applied fix to exclude the migrated invoices from Dunning. We used the below webservice to perform the same

Once after the fix was applied, we ran the collections process as below:

  1. Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
  2. Collections Delinquency Management
  3. Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment
  4. Update Collections Summary Data

There were no new invoices created who are delinquent. Now when i navigate to collections workbench> Manage resources i do see very few collectors getting displayed, however, I do expect that all collectors name should be visible under manage resources screen as that there are around 7K invoices which were excluded through webservice.
