Candidate job application attachment in the Miscellaneous to not have file size more than 10MB?

Summary: We have an integration with the third party Vendor to send the candidate job applications attachments, resume, job offer etc to through the OIC. We are facing a limitation that OIC is not able to process the attachment files more than 10 MB and its throwing an error on such files. Is there a way to restrict the Candidate job application attachment in the Miscellaneous section to not have file size more than 10MB?
