Journey notification missing 1 task in combined notification

Summary:

How can we add Journey Link in Alert Name: Task Assigned Combined Notification and Alert Code: ORA_CHK_TASK_ASSIGNED_CONSOLIDATED in Alert Composer? We are on 24A.

Also, I have 1 task out of 21 tasks missing from the Notification. I see that task under My tasks but is missing on the Notification both email and Worklist. Is there a limit for tasks notification in combined task? Also, the missing task is not the last task of the journey, not sure what is causing this task to miss.

Please advise.
