ODA expense facing issue. Bad Message 431

Summary:

Hi Experts, I have enabled the ODA expenses in one of our demo environment successfully couple of weeks back. Now when I am trying to access the ODA environment I am getting the error "Bad Message 431". I am trying to access ODA through Application -> Setup and Maintenance" -> "Manage Digital Assistant". What might be the Issue I have all the required roles assigned. Your expertise on the same is highly appreciated.
