Salesforce integration app - contact imports behavior questions
I am having trouble understanding a few things regarding salesforce integration app in Eloqua. I would be very grateful for some clarifications 😊
1) In connections, what do “Default Field Mappings” mean and do exactly? This is default for what? Does it affect only moment when I create something and this defaults will be proposed to me in the creating process, or will this affect something else?
2) What exactly do “Bulk API” and “CRM integration” values in import rules data priority mean? Does “CRM integration” mean data transferred via salesforce integration app, or something else? Does native integration (used before app) count as “Bulk API”?
