E-Signature not sufficient in China when submitting a job application ?
Summary:
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hello,
I heard that in China (or at least in certain parts of the country), the legislation is that candidates who apply to job postings have to "physically" sign (that means on a computer for example, they have to draw their signature). Entering a name or even the e-signature functionality of Oracle wouldn't be sufficient.
Is it true and have any of you already encountered this kind of issue ? If it is true indeed, how do we bypass this legislative requirement in ORC ?
Thanks in advance for your input.
Best regards,
