Visual Builder Studio, can fields from 2 containers be made dependent on same page extensions (RSSP)

Summary: Can one field lets say "Requisition Type" (from container 2) be selected based on value on a field "budgetary control" (from container 1) . PFB the screenshots for reference:

I see I can select the fields present only in one container and make rules based on the field in the same container. In short, I cannot access one field value from different container into one container. PFB the screenshot in VBS:

Want to make "Requisition Type" Mandatory based on "Budgetary Control" date value, how to do that?
