Visual builder Studio: How can I fetch field value from one redwood page to another?

Summary: On Responsive Self Service Procurement Page (Redwood) , we want the field value on 'Requisition Summary Page' to decide the Display value on a field on 'Lines Page', how should we do that in Visual Builder Studio?

Requistion Type selected as "BILL ONLY" on 'Requisition Summary page'

We want to make "Bill Only/Consigned Line Type" field mandatory on 'Line Delivery and Billing Details' page only if "Requisition Type" selected in 'Requisition Summary Page' is "BILL ONLY"

Currently, we were able to understand that field values in the same container and the same page only can be used in a Rule set , how can we extend that to multiple pages and containers is the question here?
