Is it possible to achieve a unified performance score in Overall Summary rather than role-based?

Hi,

We would like to realize below scenario :

Competencies Evaluation by Worker & Manager
Goals Evaluation by Worker & Manager

Competencies weight should be 30%
Goals weight should be 70%

Worker weight should be 20%
Manager weight should be 80%

At the end, we will achieve Overall Score which calculated from both manager and worker evaluations.

Giving numeric example :

Worker Evaluate herself Comp: 3.0 ( 20% ) for Competencies ( 30% ) = 3.0 * 0.2 * 0.3 = 0.18
Worker Evaluate herself Goals: 5.0 ( 20% ) for Goals ( 70% ) = 5.0 * 0.2 * 0.7 = 0.70
Worker Overall Evaluation with regard to weight = 0.88

Manager Evaluate direct report Comp: 4.0 ( 80% ) for Competencies ( 30% ) = 4.0 * 0.8 * 0.3 = 0.96
Manager Evaluate direct report Goals: 3.0 ( 80% ) for Goals ( 70% ) = 3.0 * 0.8 * 0.7 = 1.68
Manager Overall Evaluation with regard to weight = 2.64

Final Overall Score is : 0.88 + 2.64 = 3.52

Is it possible to realize this scenario in Oracle Performance Management?

Howdy, Stranger!
