Alternate approver notification flows till highest approver.
Summary:
For the worker compensation plan, I have set up three different alternate approvers.
For example:
When A submits the worksheet, it will go to B,
Once B approves, it will go to C,
Once C approves it will go to D (D is the highest approver).
The highest approver also receives notification when the worksheet manager withdraws the worksheet. I have experimented with modifying the notification preferences to prompt manager, disable, and notify. Nevertheless, the notifications are sent in each of these possibilities up to the highest approver.
