Supplier address date validation fail the customer creation

Summary:

We are creating customer using rest webservice with specific date e.g 01/01/2000 as per our business needs. If the same name customer exist as supplier, then the customer established date validated from Supplier address date as background process and if customer established date is before the supplier address date, it fail the customer creation with the error message as customer established date and account established date cannot be earlier than the supplier address date. From front end supplier address date is not available and even in the supplier creation webservices it is not available. It is our production issue it
