How to edit a goal translation

Hello Team,

Am having an issue while translating the below field found in a performance document

To translate the field the below action was done:-
1. Navigate to Development Goal Library

s. Search for the goal name

3. Click on 3 small dot → Edit Goal Translation
4. Add the english translation

I now have my english and french translation

However, in my performance document, only the english translation is appearing.

Note: I have also change the language to french and try to change the translation.

Can someone please assist.
