How do you push an A1 lead from a lead scoring model to CRM?

My lead score model is set up in Eloqua (profile/engagement criteria are defined and live), however I'm unsure how to push the lead to Oracle CRM if the lead scores A1.

Can someone explain if this is done in the program canvas and what settings I need to set up to push leads with specific scores to CRM?
