Is it possible to use a descriptive flex field to refine role?

Is it possible to use a descriptive flexfield to refine a role?

For example, we have created a field in HZ_ORGANIZATION_PROFILES, and would like to know whether we can create a custom role which allows the users to only view Customers that have the value assigned to the role.

For example, creating a copy of the Accounts Receivables Specialist role and modifying it for this purposes.
