How can I add the same LOV from account owner to a 'Secondary' account owner field?

Summary:

I have been trying to find the Lookup type used by the 'Account'-owner field. I have found the following 'SALES_ACCOUNT_OWNER' but this one results in a picklist that shows the user loginID and not their full name which I can use in the 'Account owner' field.

Does anyone have the correct LOV, or more broadly do you have a good tip for developing a secondary account owner field that has its own distinct value (could be the same as the original account owner field but not necessarily)
