Is the Workforce Learning - Learning Management Real Time subject area being deprecated, and when?

Can you help me understand if this SA is being deprecated in OTBI or if it will remain? This Customer connect article seems to indicate it was announced in 2021 that it would be removed, and someone responded that it was still on the list to be removed. But it has been 2 years from initial announcement to last update. Can you provide a timeline on when this will get removed?
