Duplicate a Plan/Reuse Existing Named Objects

Summary:

I have to create quite a few plans that have many LEs configured. I need to have them in 2 lower environments. Is there an easy way, or shortcut to do this? My initial thought was to create one with all the LEs, and export it to the other environment multiple times, changing the name each time. Then, I'd export/import each one back to the original environment. This didn't work because it is holding onto the original objects, and just overwriting. When I'm importing, I do see that Reuse existing named objects is checked, and there is no way to uncheck?
