Are Journey's available for Candidates

Summary:

We would like to create a preboarding journey for Candidates prior to them converting to a pending worker.
Current we do use Journeys for onboarding and offboarding for Pending and active Employees.

It would be great to have a seamless user experience in Journeys from Candidate to Retire.
