Manage Work Orders and Charges page remains blank

Summary: Manage Work Orders and Charges page remains blank. Work orders created are not displayed and not be searched from any search option.

We are using common user in UAT instance with no security console access.

Completed running Create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS for redwood theme page, it completed successfully but no data is visible.

Needs urgent help please.
