We are configuring the Payables workflow "FinApInvoiceApproval" using the spreadsheets from the "Manage Workflow Rules in Spreadsheet" task.

The "Download BPM Rule" button does not appear to be used.
How do we make "Download BPM Rule" appear in the Manage Workflow Rules in Spreadsheet task?

Is it a specific role?
