Reevaluate Designee Eligibility process not triggering Loss of Eligibility Life event.

I have the dependent eligibilities set up, but when i run the batch process, i cannot see the Loss of Eligiblity Life event triggering. But when I add the LE manually, its dropping the agedout dependent.
