Multiple Offer to candidates for Single req

Summary:

We have single req where we often provide offers to mulitple candidates. We cannot see a way to bulk offer to multiple candidates so what we do is to select candidate 1 by 1 and add new offer. We normally hire 10 or more candidates for a single req. Is there a way to do bulk offer or what is the best way to provide offer for mulitple candidates of same req? Thanks
