Enable Prompts in Redwood UI

Hi All,

Do we have any feasibility of adding prompts in Redwood UI just like the ones we have in Classic UI?

We have a requirement like whenever an employee is making any change in his person details or assignment details in Redwood UI, it is getting saved directly instead of prompting/Warning like 'Are you sure you want to make any changes!'

If possible please let us know how can we add the prompts.
