Summary:

When viewing a candidate to check status or disposition them, when you try to go back to your candidate list under the req, it kicks you out of the req and you have to start all over again.

Need to have solution as:

when you're done looking at a candidate it can just go back to the candidate list. The next and previous buttons disappear depending on where you are at in a candidate profile.

Related: while in the details tab to get candidate contact information and then go out to look at their resume or something else- when you try to go back to the details tab- the personal info tab is blank. Then you have to go completely out of the candidate and the req to go all the way back in again. Basic functionality of moving between tabs using the back arrow takes you all the way out or you have to reset the profile but going all the way out again.
