CX Sales referencing quote number without version number

Currently CX Sales is only referencing a quote number (without the version number) and so when a quote is versioned it is causing an error when syncing to CX sales because there are now two records with the same quote number. 

In order to resolve the issue, I am told, the CX Sales Workspace needs to be updated to include the version number and the primary key needs to be changed to be the quote and version number together, not just the quote number as it is now.

I was able to enable Version number on Workspace but I don't know how to have the quote and version number be changed to be the primary key.
