DFF data not being displayed in Succession Plan Redwood UI

edited Apr 29, 2024 6:09PM in Career and Succession 8 comments

Summary:

We have an issue with the DFF data not being displayed in the Succession Plan (Plan Info) Redwood UI.

Navigation: My Client Groups --> Succession Plans --> Succession Overview --> Search for the Plan name under 'Available Plans'.

We logged an SR with Oracle.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Please find below approaches we tried and pointers:

  1. Create a new Succession Plan in UI and load via HDL as well.
  2. The data is visible at back end and RUX (once Redwood profile option 'ORA_HRM_SUCC_PLANS_REDWOOD_ENABLED' is disabled).
  3. After 24A Upgrade, created the recommended profile values and executed/scheduled the ESS jobs enlisted in the document (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/24a/faucf/set-up-oracle-search-for-hcm.html#u30229853).

Howdy, Stranger!
