Sequence Task issue
Summary:
Hi experts,
we are trying to configure a Journey with three tasks in sequence specified for each person.
So if Person A doesn't complete the task (Access compensation Plan), Person B cannot proceed within the task (Access Compensation Plan 2)
The problem is even though Person A already completed the first task assigned:
Person B is not able to complete the second task as shown below. Does it require for Person B to also complete the first one?
We think it is a problem within the configuration, can you please let us know on how to proceed?
Thank you,
Marlon
