Required fields with Recruitment - Redwood UI

Convert Pending Worker has several fields that we need to be required, including National ID and Marital Status. While we have made the design studio updates that we can, we want to know if these fields can be surfaced w/o clicking Add or the Pencil icon within Redwood. Has anyone tried this yet? For example, making the fields automatically populate in their respective sections.
