Is it possible to create an approval rule for a Journey task/checklist?

Summary:

We want to create an approval rule for a task/checklist in Journeys. We have the following process names in Transaction Console > Approval Rules, but we couldn't configure the rules due to the pencil icon not displaying under the Configure Rules column.

What do we need to do to configure the rules below, specifically Employment Checklist Allocated Task Composite?
