People to cover missing Address and Demographic details

Summary:

We have an employee enrolled in Benefits and her People to cover tab shows additional information on her dependents but not her spouse. Do we know why the spouse record would be missing demographic info? In HR on the Contacts page the data is there so I am not sure why it would be missing.
