Loss of Eligibility is not working properly

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have recently rescheduled the Reevaluate Designee Eligibility process as Our Loss OF Eligibility was not working correctly . But after that we aresaving some different problems. The child who is supposed to be 26, is still coming under different plans(example: Medical). We can see his Coverage end date as well. But That child should not be there. We have seen this happening for multiple people .

I am clicking on Medical plan from the results , The life event is showing Legal Entity Consolidating . But Loss of Eligibility was triggered after this.

Any idea how to fix this?
