Interim coverage is not getting created for medical and dental plans

We are setting up interim coverage for "Birth Adoption" and "Marriage" Life events which currently suspends the benefit plans. Somehow, interim coverage is created for all plans but not for Medical and Dental. We have Single and Family Option in Medical and Dental and we expect interim coverage to be created for the time the plans get suspended after above life events. I have setup interim coverage as Current - Same New Default.

The setup of the Medical and Dental plans is the same as other plans. For others plans the interim coverage is active. Anything we could be missing here?
