Upload results into a Questionnaire contained in a Performance Document with HDL

Hi community,

I am wondering if it is possible to upload questionnaire results into a questionnaire with an HDL.

In particular we have a questionnaire with 6 fields (3 multiple choice and 3 open text) inside a Performance Document and we want to upload results of the questionnaire thus the values of these 6 fields massively with an HDL.

Is this possible?
