Unable to disable a collector when there are no assignments

Summary:

We are facing an issue wherein a particular collector cannot be disabled. There are no customers assigned to this collector and this collector is also not part of any customer profile class. We are getting the following error

"You can't disable a collector assigned to a customer. You must first remove the collector from any customers and customer profiles. (IEX-615051)"
