Performance Management: Amend Live Performance Document

Summary:

A new performance document was rolled out a couple of months ago. It has several behavior (competencies) items that employees need to rate themselves on. Clients want to add a new comment box for each behavior item, where employees can enter their feedback. However, the template is live and there is no option to add a comment box.

Note that the document is live and currently in use. Cancelling and deleting the performance document is not an option. We understand that this is likely not possible; however, this is a critical request from client. We want to verify that there is no option to update this setting in the current live document.
