Can Historic Expense Reports Be Viewed When Created As Contingent Worker and Person Is Now Employee?

Hi Team,
If you can advice on the below scenario-

In Fusion, User is created as Contingent worker and has created few expense reports.
Later the record was end dated. Same person was created as an employee.
Will user be able to see the historic expense reports created while a contingent worked?

Or Should user create new Expense reports as Person Type has changed?
