Freeze Functionality in Override Eligibility is not working

Summary:

Oracle HCM Benefits -Freeze Functionality in Override Eligibility

We have one requirement to Freez Age for a plan that is in the enrollment period using Override Eligibility Action From Evaluate Life Events. 

But when we are using this, there is no impact on plan rates, as per If we freeze the age of employees for a plan then it would mean that rate should be selected as per that frozen for that plan but it is not working that way.

Please share if have any information about this Freeze functionality, if you have used this functionality, or if you have made configuration changes regarding this. Any leads will be appreciated regarding this functionality.
